We are announcing the ability to enable online mode to access Dataverse for canvas apps in Power Apps. This feature will reach general availability on September 15, 2026.
How does this affect me?
With this feature, you can now switch your canvas app between offline and online modes. In offline mode, you can access your Dataverse data without waiting for syncs. Switching to online mode enables you to receive real-time updates.
