KGC Solutions offers managed services to supplement company staff and provide support of the Office 365 environment.

For any Statement of Work, KGC Solutions will support the processes described in the Introduction as follows: 

• Access to our support team during normal business hours (8:30-5) to ask questions 

• Issue discovery and resolution implemented Office 365 applications and in production processes 

• Updates to existing user access and adding new users to the right content in SharePoint if applicable 

• Implementation of new logic to the existing workflows when the effort does not exceed 5 hours 

• Unlimited consulting services and requirements gathering sessions for new process development
